For lunches, the hotel have an arrangement with Yates Wine Lodge next door to the hotel, who will cordon off an area. An example menu is shown below.

In the evening, the hotel can make arrangements with local restaurants as required.

Your choice of:

  • Bangers & Mash - Three Old English pork sausages served on large portion of creamy mash with onion gravy and peas

  • Oven Baked Lasagne - Beef lasagne finished with a creamy cheese and tomato sauce served with mixed salad and herby garlic bread

  • Chinese Duck Pancakes - Shredded duck served with cucumber, hoi-sun sauce and hot pancakes

  • Mediterranean Vegetable Hot Pot (V) - Pan fried vegetables in a herby tomato sauce topped with garlic and cream potatoes, served with carrots, peas and garlic bread

  • Fish, Chips & Peas - Crispy battered fish served with chips and peas

  • Hot Chicken and Bacon Salad - Fresh mixed salad leaves, cucumber and cherry tomatoes topped with strips of hot chargrilled chicken and bacon finished with Caesar dressing

  • Hot Steak Wrap - Hot steak with sautéed onions and melted cheese

  • Your Choice of Burger - 6oz beef burger with bacon and cheese, Spicy coated chicken burger with melted cheese or Tomato, mozzarella and olive burger (V)

  • Ultimate Club Sandwich - Toasted U-Shaped bread filled with hot chicken and bacon, mixed leaves, tomato and mayonnaise

  • Jacket Potato - With your choice of plain (with butter) (V), cheese (V), baked beans (V), tuna mayonnaise, bacon, beef chilli or vegetable chilli (V)

  • Spinach Pasta (V) - Penne pasta, baked with spinach, finished with a cream and tomato sauce

  • Mixed Grill - Lamb cutlet, steak, pork sausage, gammon and fried egg, served with onion rings, mushrooms, chips and peas
